Angle of View - AOV

Angle of View is the total angular field if view in front of a lens with a given focal length of a camera with a given film or sensor format. These two variables are all you need to define Anglke of View, for a rectilinear leans (i.e. with no spatial distortion).

Like with Field of View - FOV, the Angle of View - AOV can be expressed horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
