Stockholm
There are many good locations for photography in the capital, located on the south-central east coast of Sweden. Stockholm was built on 14 islands so you will find many bridges in the city and lots of water.
Gamla Stan
Old Town (Gamla Stan) was built between the 14th and 16th century and contains loads of photography opportunities. If you are into street photography, you should try your luck here on the narrow cobble stone streets. You will also find interesting architecture. If you are into guard watch types of shots, you can try that out at the Royal Palace
Drottningholm
The Drottningholm Palace, which is the royal family's residence, situated on the island Ekerö provides some great shooting opportunities.
Ferries
There are many small ferries, especially in the summer, going from the city out to the surrounding islands. There is a total of over 24 000 islands and islets in the archipelago, most of them uninhabited. From the ferries you can get some good shooting opportunities sailing in and out of the city.
Bornsjön
Located some 30 minutes drive south from the city, you can visit this nature reserve providing wild safari with shooting opportunities of moose and deer. The company Stockholm Outback provides tours.
