Depth of focus
From Nikonians Wiki
Depth of focus is the converse of Depth of Field (DOF), taking place on the image side of the lens. It is primarily influenced by aperture and sensor size, and, except in macro photography, little influenced by the focal length of the lens.
Depth of focus is occasionally used, especially in older books, as synonymous with Depth of Field (DOF).
