Golden hour
From Nikonians Wiki
The Golden Hour is the hour after dawn, and the hour before sunset. It is generally considered the most flattering time to shoot portraits, because the colour temperature of ambient light at this time gives a golden tone, and flatters skin, and because the direction and quality of the shadows enhances facial and other features.
