Meanwhile this section of your profile is called Public Profile

After you have logged in to the community, you find your public profile under the link "My Profile" top right corner of the forums.

It has a tabbed layout.

The top of the screen contains links to send an email or a message to the member. You will also find a link here to Follow the member. You will automatically see some of the public activities in the community of the member you follow, such as last posts in forums and images uploaded.

Under the links you find some basic information about the member, along with links to his/her homepage and member gallery and his/her photo. The information which you have in the tabs below give you the opportunity to know better the member as photographer and his/her activity inside the Nikonians community.

Here is a short description of each individual tab:

General

This tab offers you first information about the member as a photographer: experience level, mainly shoot, main metering mode, wish list, etc.

Equipment

In this tab you will find out which equipment the member owns and use. Maybe you have the same camera or lens or more and thus you may consider this member as a possible ‘friend’ to share experiences with you in the forums.

Gallery

Recent photographs – here is a list of the most recently added member's photographs and the latest comments on that photo if they exist. Popular photographs – member's photographs (and latest comments to it) that are viewed most frequently, with number of views mentioned.

Gallery comments

Here is a list of most recent comments that the member left to other members.

This tab consists of member's latest forum posts, blog entries and blog comments.
