Overcast
From Nikonians Wiki
Shooting when the sky is overcast is generally considered to be ideal for outdoor portraits, as there are no harsh lights to create unflattering shadows. It is important to set the correct colour temperature, typically 6000 K or to shoot in Raw so that colour temperature can be controlled later.
Fill flash can be used to introduce catch lights into the eyes of the subject.
