Annotate-Using alternative layouts
From Nikonians Wiki
You can easily adjust location of the annotations by selecting Annotation layout “Inside boxes” in the Export tab. The annotations are then drawn directly in the boxes rather than on the borders.
Annotate places annotations inside annotation boxes when you select the appropriate Annotation layout.
Annotate! uses some EXIF information from the image if available, such as focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO and camera model and can include that information in the final exported JPG file.
You can edit the layout of the annotations using your mouse. You can also drag the stamp (Nikonians logo) around the image to predefined locations (shown as blue areas when dragging the stamp) to ensure it does not cover important parts of the image. By dragging the font size slider, you can adjust font size for all annotations. Font size can be adjusted per annotation by using the buttons above each annotation. When required, the general comments typically rendered under the image can also be dragged around the image.
