I want the Nikonians Photographers ID, what shall I do to get it?

The Nikonians Photographer's ID is a plastic ID card of credit card size. It contains your membership name, your full name, date of membership registration, your personal photograph and your country's flag.
The ID is provided to all members on a Gold or Platinum membership - Just follow the instructions below or those in the email you receive upon signing up for Gold or Platinum and you will receive your ID.
That email says:
